Albeit a personal expedition for Brian Carter, his expectation is that this becomes a concept for listeners to enjoy with the end destination being a sense of fulfilment.
The track Beauty of the Forest is a particular favourite of the artist, being transmitted to Brian directly from the spirits in the early hours of a Saturday morning. This became the catalyst for the recording of a worthy album in tune with the spiritual world of the ancients.
Whether one chooses to take this musical journey as a progression towards self-fulfilment, healing, knowledge, or simply to appreciate fine musicianship, the route is never as straightforward as we imagine. We can only hope that we gain the knowledge, power and identity to become attuned to our earthly and spiritual guides allowing them to steer us gently and safely through our years of living and beyond life itself.

A collection of four tracks inspired by the Native American culture, including The Beauty of the Forest and The Flight of the Eagle. Each track is more than ten minutes long, allowing you to completely unwind.

I hate ironing. The monotony of ironing is described by some as therapeutic: I say if these people find ironing therapeutic - they can do mine! However, this CD changed my ironing experience totally.
The very first track is called Sunrise .. in your heart and I really felt a beautiful sunrise in a place where I had no cares or worries. The track entitled The Beauty of the Forest is quite wonderful and it is interesting to note that Brian says it was 'transmitted' directly from the spirits to him. I would really find it difficult to choose a favourite track, the whole album is uplifting and enchanting.
This CD is also very relaxing as well as a perfect piece for meditation. The change in tempo from one track to another does not jar and the continued theme takes you to a special place and keeps you company while you are there. I'm not a fan of guitars featuring on this type of music, but on Living in Harmony the guitar is sensitive and enhance each piece. Cure your ironing blues with this goregous CD.
