Once 4tuneRecords has received payment and same has been cleared where applicable, the items will be dispatched pre-insured by ship, courier or registered post within 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, and subject at all times to availability.

The purchaser shall be obliged to pay any costs of export and import including without limitation any state or custom duties or fees and any costs for permits and consents

Shipment costs for deliveries outside South Africa are set out below or will be pre agreed.

The good shall be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser in the registration process. If there are to be delivered to and address other then that stated in the registration the good shall be delivered to the alternative address at the purchaser’s risk

Any person who receives the goods at the address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf

All risk in and to the good shall pass to the purchase upon conclusion of the sale

If any goods are defective, and within five days after the purchaser’s receipt of the goods, 4tuneRecords receives from the purchaser notice in writing that he wishes to return the goods, and same are returned by the purchaser at his risk and cost to 4tuneRecords within 14 days after such notification in the same condition as at the time of sale, the sale of the goods will be rescinded and the purchase price refunded. CD’s will only be able to be returned if subject to manufacturing fault. The purchaser agrees to be bound by 4tuneRecords decision in regard to the condition at time of return. 4tuneRecords shall be entitled to retain an administrative handling cost of 5% plus its actual shipping and insurance cost, with a minimum of R 100, 00.

Second hand goods are sold “as is” and no return of them is possible for any reason whatsoever.

Neither 4tuneRecords members agents and/or employees is responsible for any errors description all the authenticity of any purchase.

Ownership of the goods only pass to the purchaser on receipt of payment of the full purchase price

The items in our catalogue on the site will be available for purchase subject to the terms herein. Prices are in South African Rands in which currency all payments must be made.

To pay it by credit card you must supply your credit card number with each order, as your credit card number is not stored anywhere for security reasons.

By submitting your order and credit card details you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay the order.

Bank clearance and other charges where applicable will be added to the amount payable by the purchaser, as well as courier charges for delivery outside South Africa. Where these are only made after invoicing, you will pay the balance once this has been charged.

Any amounts due from 4tune Records to yourselves if applicable shall be paid by cheque or by direct electronic transfer to such account as is provided. Provided that payment is made according to your instructions we shall not be responsible if such payment is not actually received. In this event we shall endeavour (but not be obliged) to retrieve any payments erroneously transferred but will not have any further liability obligation for such payments if we are unable to retrieve or recoup same

The purchaser shall be responsible for valid chargebacks to your credit card plus any amounts paid by us in accordance with such chargebacks due to fraud, dissatisfaction were otherwise. We shall be entitled to set off any chargebacks against any payments
